Jaynix was certified ISO 9002 Quality System in the year 2000 by B. V. Q. I.
Further in the year 2003 Jaynix adapted ISO 2000.
Computer aided inspection and production monitoring systems and efforts are being put in place to ensure accurate & timely collection of data.
Jaynix adopted techniques like FMEA, Poka – Yoke and Advance Product Quality Planning to ensure a zero defect product to the customer.

Our current internal rejection levels are at 525 PPM and efforts are on to reduce this further.
Jaynix Engineering Corp. has already implementing the Robust for Assurance System (RQAS) developed by Crompton Greaves Ltd., and in it's quest for 'Quality Manufacturing' has excelled in this endeavor by becoming the 'Green Channel' vendors for Crompton Greaves and has received the 'Crompton Greaves Award for Excellence' in 1996 and 1998.
